Wonderful stay at Prom!

The room was clean and big. It had plenty of space. I appreciated the comfortable beds. Great outside space featured a bar and live music. It was open because the weather was perfect.
I was stood at reception for over 15 minutes. No staff were available. One member of staff said he was busy. I am not happy with the service.

i had a room with quality bedding plus big windows overlooking the sands. i appreciated having plenty of space to move around and loved the very good breakfast. the cute bar offered afternoon drinks in the sun with entertainment and created an inviting atmosphere.
i noticed the hotel internet was sometimes unreliable .

the receptionist gave a great welcome and handed our room key early since our visit was not during high season. we brought our two dogs with us to a hotel for the first time and were unsure what to expect! they were welcomed with lots of attention from other guests and staff. at breakfast, the staff offered our dogs sausages and water, and it was lovely to see.
The room felt a little warm, even with the windows open, and early mornings included some noise from workers starting around 5:30 am. i reported it. I'm sure that will be resolved.

The hotel features a prime seafront location, near the town, which i loved. This made getting around very easy. there is also easy access to a large car park. It's really useful, too. the terrace area at the front is large. I appreciate the space.

Our dog-friendly room had very good decor, and the bed felt so comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring. housekeeping kept everything very clean. This. it made for a relaxing environment.
